After your initial consultation, if you decide to move forward, you’ll pay a deposit for preliminary plans. Our in-house drafter creates a customized design based on your vision, and we provide final pricing based on those plans.

This deposit is credited toward your build price if you proceed with Rise Construction Co. The preliminary plans are yours to keep whether you build with us or not.
