What Rise Construction Co. Warranty Covers

 1-Year Workmanship Warranty

Rise Construction Co. provides 1-Year Workmanship warranty covering construction defects and finishing issues that arise during the first year after closing. This includes drywall cracks, paint defects, trim issues, flooring problems, cabinet adjustments, and other workmanship-related concerns.

If something wasn’t built correctly or finished properly, Rise Construction will fix it during your first year. This warranty covers the quality of our work—the construction, installation, and finishing.

Coverage period: 12 months from your closing date

Manufacturer & Subcontractor Warranties

Your home includes manufacturer warranties on HVAC equipment, appliances, roofing materials, windows, doors, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, cabinets, and countertops. These warranties are provided directly by the manufacturers and installing subcontractors, not by Rise Construction Co.

Warranty documentation and contact information for each product and subcontractor is provided at closing. Coverage periods and terms vary by manufacturer (typically 1-10 years depending on the product).

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If something needs warranty attention, here’s the process:

We'll Respond Within 2 Business Days

Our team reviews your claim, determines coverage, and schedules an inspection if needed.

We Coordinate the Repair

If the issue is covered, Rise Construction Co. coordinates the repair with the appropriate contractor. You don’t juggle multiple phone calls—we handle it.

Repair Completed

The issue is resolved according to warranty terms. If parts are needed, we communicate timing. If the issue isn’t covered under warranty, we explain why and can provide a quote for repair if you’d like us to handle it.

After the Warranty Period

After your 1-Year Workmanship warranty expires, Rise Construction remains available to answer questions about your home or recommend trusted contractors for repairs.

When does my warranty coverage start?
Rise Construction’s 1-Year Workmanship warranty begins on your closing date—the day you take ownership of your home and runs for 365 days. Manufacturer warranties run according to their specific terms (documentation provided at closing).
